Tears of joy is all I can say. I went into Roman Jewelers for a second opinion due to my new engagement ring not being correctly built. As a newly engaged woman, I was severely disappointed to have my stone almost fall out, and I knew I had to seek a second opinion. I am so happy I chose Roman Jewelers. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of working with Olivia throughout this entire process and she truly made what could have been a stressful experience as fun and exciting as possible. Olivia confirmed my concerns and explained that the basket needed to be fully replaced. We worked together to find a basket that properly fits my stone, and even found a beautiful upgrade that accentuates the ring as a whole. Olivia and her team were completely transparent with pricing and the timeline throughout the entire process. Picking up my ring today and seeing the finished product brought me to tears, it looks absolutely gorgeous and fits perfectly! They have earned a lifetime customer. I trust them wholeheartedly and look forward to coming back for wedding band shopping soon!

We have had the best experience at Roman Jewelers. From looking at engagement rings to my fiance purchasing one, to now our wedding bands, Deirdre has been nothing short of amazing. Walking into our first appointment with her we had no idea what kind of engagement ring I wanted, she offered champagne and showed me every shape and option there was. I have never felt more at ease and leaving an hour later like I knew exactly what I wanted. My engagement ring was a custom piece of all of the small things I had shared I liked, which made it so special. Now recently we picked up our wedding bands and once again went with Deirdre and knew we’d get the best service. We were definitely not disappointed and left the appointment purchasing our dream wedding bands that just arrived. If you aren’t sure what style is for you and are overwhelmed, look no further and go to Roman Jewelers and ask to Deidre. I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

I never really write reviews, but after my experience at Roman Jewelers I felt it was absolutely necessary. My now husband, designed and purchased my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands at Roman with the help of Angela who is absolutely amazing! Angela was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process. There was one adjustment I wanted to make to my engagement ring and Angela took care of it without questions asked. She truly cares that you’re happy with your purchase and will go to any lengths to make sure you walk out of the store with a smile. Not to mention that she managed to get our wedding bands in on time the day before our wedding on short notice. I now have my dream ring and wedding band, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roman Jewelers and Angela for making this experience so amazing!

Excellent experience from start to finish. I originally went in looking for a specific Rolex model and was placed on a wait list. The communication throughout the process was great, and when the watch finally came in, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Dori was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the buying experience feel special without ever being pushy or over the top. You can tell this store values customer relationships and takes pride in what they do. Really appreciate the experience and absolutely love the watch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Rolex or other high-end timepiece.

My husband and I went to Roman Jewelers for our wedding bands. We had already been to two other jewelers and couldn’t find anything we liked but Dori at Roman helped me find the perfect bands that paired with my engagement ring. She was super helpful and patient as I tried on multiple different styles and options. She even allowed me to come back in to store the week of my wedding to get my rings steamed free of charge. We would highly recommend Roman Jewelers and will be back for future jewelry purchases

My fiance and I had such a wonderful experience shopping for wedding bands, and it was largely thanks to Olivia. She took the time to walk us through every ring in the store. Even when we couldnt quite find the right fit, she went above and beyond, working with us to source the perfect ring from one of their designers. Dedrea is the absolute best to work with! Roman Jewelers is an amazing place for any kind of piece you are looking for. We worked with Dedrea when customizing my engagement ring and our wedding bands. We had the absolute best experience working with Angela at Roman Jewelers! Not only did she help us find the perfect wedding bands, but she also previously helped my fiancé choose my engagement ring as a surprise — and she absolutely nailed it. When my fiancé first came in, Angela guided him through the entire engagement ring process with such care and expertise. She took the time to understand what he was looking for, answered all his questions, and helped him confidently choose a ring that was beyond anything I could have imagined. It was truly perfect.
